Welcome to Sauna Sessions. By utilizing our wellness services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to review these terms thoroughly prior to scheduling your appointment or visiting our facilities.

1. Reservation Policies

1.1 Making Reservations

Appointments may be secured through our online platform at https://saunasessions.ie via our digital booking system. Same-day availability is limited and handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

1.2 Minimum Age Requirements

All users must be at least 18 years of age to reserve sessions and access our wellness facilities.

1.3 Private Group Sessions

For specialized group experiences that exceed our standard online offerings, please reach out directly to info@saunasessions.ie. Special arrangements and pricing may apply to these bookings.

1.4 Package Transfers

Wellness packages are linked to the purchaser's registered email address and cannot be transferred to other individuals after completion of purchase.

1.5 Payment Methods

Bookings may be paid in advance online or, where available, paid on-site at reception. Choosing to pay on-site does not alter or exempt the booking from our cancellation, modification, or no-refund policies.

All on-site payments must be completed before the session begins. Failure to attend a reserved session without providing at least 24 hours’ notice will result in the booking being charged in full.

1.6 Additional Guests and Group Size

Reservations are made for a specific number of participants. Any additional guests must be approved in advance and are subject to availability.

Walk-in additions or increases in group size on the day of the session cannot be guaranteed. If capacity allows, additional guests may be accommodated and charged accordingly at reception.

Sauna Sessions reserves the right to refuse entry to additional guests where capacity, safety, or operational limits would be exceeded.

2. Modification and Refund Terms

2.1 Changes and Cancellations

  • Refunds or booking changes are only available when cancellation or modification is completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Session modifications are permitted until 24 hours before your booking time.
  • All changes and cancellations must be processed using the secure link included in your "Sauna Sessions Appointment Confirmation" email received at time of purchase.
  • Due to the allocation and blocking of space and resources, if you select the “Pay On-Site” option and cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice (including no-shows), you will be required to pay: The full fee for the missed session, plus Any applicable current session rate or administrative charge in effect at the time of enforcement. Failure to settle the outstanding balance may result in refusal of future bookings until payment is made in full.

2.2 Missed Appointments

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled session without at least 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the full booking amount, regardless of payment method or group size.

2.3 No-Refund Policy

All bookings reserve and block capacity that cannot be resold at short notice. For this reason, Sauna Sessions operates a strict no-refund policy for late cancellations, no-shows, partial attendance, or reduced group numbers.

Failure to attend, arriving with fewer guests than booked, or choosing not to use part of a reserved session does not qualify for a refund or credit.

3. Rewards Program

3.1 Session Benefits

Earn a complimentary session after completing 9 paid visits — your 10th session is free. Track your progress with our physical rewards card available at all locations. Reach 50 sessions and receive exclusive branded merchandise from our collection. Group bookings are excluded from this program.

3.2 Reward Limitations

Loyalty benefits cannot be combined with promotional offers or existing discounts.

4. Wellness and Safety Guidelines

4.1 Health Advisory

Participation in our sauna experiences is entirely voluntary and at your discretion. We strongly advise consulting with your physician if you have any medical concerns, particularly:

  • Heart conditions or blood pressure issues
  • Expectant mothers
  • Sensitive skin conditions

4.2 Facility Rules

The following items and behaviors are not permitted:

  • Alcohol or substance consumption before or during sessions
  • Glass containers or potentially dangerous items within the sauna space

Guests must follow all verbal and written safety instructions provided by staff at all times. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal from the facility without refund.

4.3 Personal Responsibility and Limitation of Liability

All guests participate in sauna sessions at their own risk. By attending a session, you acknowledge that sauna use involves exposure to high temperatures and physical conditions that require personal awareness, caution, and sound judgment.

Sauna Sessions is not responsible for injury, illness, discomfort, or adverse health effects resulting from:

  • Failure to follow staff instructions or posted safety guidelines
  • Improper use of facilities or equipment
  • Personal health conditions, whether known or unknown
  • Failure to assess personal tolerance levels, including exposure to heat or hot water
  • Entering water or sauna areas without checking temperature suitability
  • Impaired judgment, dehydration, fatigue, or lack of mental readiness

Guests are solely responsible for monitoring their own physical condition during sessions and must exit the sauna or facilities immediately if they feel unwell, dizzy, or uncomfortable.

While Sauna Sessions employs trained, qualified, and professional staff who prioritize guest safety and wellbeing, responsibility for personal health decisions and actions remains with each individual guest.

Sauna Sessions shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from a guest’s failure to act responsibly, exercise caution, or comply with safety instructions.

5. Guest Standards

5.1 Expected Behavior

  • Show courtesy to team members and fellow guests
  • Arrive punctually for scheduled appointments
  • Safeguard personal belongings

5.2 Conduct Violations

Non-compliance with facility rules or staff instructions may result in immediate ejection without compensation.

6. Information Handling

6.1 Data Usage

We gather client information for appointment management, payment processing, and service enhancement. Our complete Privacy Policy contains detailed information about our data practices.

6.2 External Platform Integration

Our booking and rewards systems work with external service providers. Using our services indicates your acceptance of their respective terms.

7. Content Ownership

All website materials, including written content, photography, and brand elements, belong exclusively to Sauna Sessions and require explicit permission for use.

8. Terms Updates

Sauna Sessions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
