At Sauna Sessions, we aim to ensure every visit is relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable. While we encourage guests to keep track of their belongings, we understand that personal items can sometimes be forgotten. To handle these situations responsibly while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, we operate the following Lost & Found policy.

General Procedures

Collection of Items

Items left on site will be collected by our team at the end of each day and securely stored in our Lost & Found area. Each item is recorded in a digital log so our staff can assist customers efficiently with enquiries both in person and remotely.

Reporting a Missing Item

If you believe you may have left something behind during your visit, please contact us as soon as possible. When reaching out, include a detailed description of the item along with the date and location of your visit so we can help locate it quickly.

Retention Periods

To maintain hygiene standards and manage storage responsibly, items are kept for the following periods:

  • Wet Clothing: Due to hygiene and safety considerations, wet clothing cannot be stored and will be responsibly disposed of at the end of the same day.
  • Water Bottles: Reusable water bottles will be held for up to 7 days.
  • Valuable Items: Items that appear to have significant value — such as jewellery, watches, or electronic devices — will be kept for up to 10 days. Where possible, we will attempt to contact the owner if identifying information is available.
  • Other Personal Items: All other items will be stored for up to 10 days. If they remain unclaimed after this period, they may be donated to a local charity aligned with our community values.

Claiming Your Lost Item

To retrieve a lost item, please:

  • Contact us by phone or email with a detailed description of the item
  • Provide the approximate date of your visit
  • Be prepared to confirm ownership if required

Once confirmed, our team will arrange a convenient time for collection.

Donation & Disposal

Items not collected within the stated retention periods may be donated to a local charity that supports community wellbeing.

Items that cannot be safely donated, such as wet clothing or used water bottles, will be responsibly discarded after the specified timeframe.

Our Commitment

We understand that losing a personal item can be frustrating or stressful. Our team will always make every reasonable effort to locate and return lost belongings whenever possible.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the jacuzzi may sometimes be temporarily closed during sauna sessions for cleaning, water treatment, or technical maintenance. Thank you for your understanding.
