We do not accept cancellations, but you can reschedule
While we don’t process cancellations, we want to make sure you don’t miss out on your sauna experience. You can reschedule your booking up to 1 week in advance at no extra cost.
Just give us 7 days’ notice via contact us, and we’ll help you find a new time slot that fits your schedule perfectly.
Walk-ins are available
We welcome walk-in customers throughout the day when we have availability. While we can’t guarantee immediate access during peak hours, our staff will be happy to let you know current wait times and help you secure the next available sauna session. Peak times are typically evenings and weekends.
The best way is to either contact us or call, and we will be glad to let you know if we have availability.
We reserve 15-min for cleaning between sessions
We take 15 minutes between each sauna session to thoroughly clean and sanitise the space, check equipment, and ensure optimal temperature for the next guest. This brief maintenance window helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Your session time begins once the sauna is fully prepared and ready for your arrival.
