Appointments may be secured through our online platform at https://saunasessions.ie via our digital booking system. Same-day availability is limited and handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

1.2 Minimum Age Requirements

All users must be at least 18 years of age to reserve sessions and access our wellness facilities.

1.3 Private Group Sessions

For specialized group experiences that exceed our standard online offerings, please reach out directly to info@saunasessions.ie. Special arrangements and pricing may apply to these bookings.

1.4 Package Transfers

Wellness packages are linked to the purchaser's registered email address and cannot be transferred to other individuals after completion of purchase.

2. Modification and Refund Terms

2.1 Changes and Cancellations

  • Full refunds require cancellation 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment
  • Session modifications are permitted until 5 hours before your booking time
  • All changes and cancellations must be processed using the secure link included in your "Sauna Sessions Appointment Confirmation" email received at time of purchase.

2.2 Missed Appointments

Clients who fail to appear for scheduled sessions without advance notification will forfeit their entire booking payment. We can only accommodate changes that comply with our stated modification timeline.

3. Rewards Program

3.1 Session Benefits

Earn a complimentary session after completing 9 paid visits - your 10th session is free. Track your progress with our physical rewards card available at all locations. Reach 50 sessions and receive exclusive branded merchandise from our collection. Group bookings are excluded from this program.

3.2 Reward Limitations

Loyalty benefits cannot be combined with promotional offers or existing discounts.

4. Wellness and Safety Guidelines

4.1 Health Advisory

Participation in our sauna experiences is entirely voluntary and at your discretion. We strongly advise consulting with your physician if you have any medical concerns, particularly:

  • Heart conditions or blood pressure issues
  • Expectant mothers
  • Sensitive skin conditions

4.2 Facility Rules

The following items and behaviors are not permitted:

  • Alcohol or substance consumption before or during sessions
  • Glass containers or potentially dangerous items within the sauna space
