Health & Safety

• You confirm that you are in good physical condition and free from any medical conditions that could be negatively affected by sauna use, cold plunge exposure, or sudden temperature changes.
• You understand that these experiences may not be suitable for individuals with certain health concerns, including but not limited to: heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, respiratory issues, or a history of seizures.
• If you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or have any doubts about your health, you should consult a medical professional before participating.

Assumption of Risk

• You acknowledge and voluntarily accept all risks associated with the use of sauna and cold plunge facilities. These risks may include, but are not limited to: dehydration, overheating, cold exposure, dizziness, slips, falls, or injury.
• You take full responsibility for your health, wellbeing, and actions during your session at Sauna Sessions.

Customer Responsibility

• You agree to follow all staff instructions and safety guidelines at all times.
• You will promptly inform a staff member if you feel unwell or uncomfortable at any point during your session.

Liability Waiver

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sauna Sessions and its staff shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during your visit.
• Should you choose to explore nearby natural environments or water sources, you do so at your own risk. Sauna Sessions and its staff accept no responsibility for any resulting injuries.

Personal Belongings

• You are solely responsible for your personal items. Sauna Sessions is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings, including (but not limited to) clothing, jewelry, smart devices, eyewear, towels, or footwear.
